Job Title: Cleaning Specialist (Full-time, Part-time, Contract) Location: Spring, Texas Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Tips: 100% of tips go to the cleaner About Us: We are looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our cleaning team. Whether you're experienced or new to cleaning, we welcome candidates with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to put in solid effort. You will be representing our company when interacting with clients, so professionalism and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities:

• Perform standard, deep, and move-out cleaning tasks according to company SOPs.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for clients and their property.
• Work efficiently to meet assigned schedules and expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ensure all tasks are completed to the best of your ability.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of cleaning experience required.
• Must have your own cleaning equipment (mop, vacuum, broom, duster, towels/rags, and cleaning solutions for various surfaces such as hardwood, tile, etc.).
• Reliable transportation is a MUST.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the team.
• Punctuality and reliability are critical.
• A clean criminal record is preferred; applicants with a criminal history may not be considered.
