Summary

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours, providing outstanding customer service while managing front desk responsibilities. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling phone inquiries and reservations.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance guest experience.
• Prepare daily financial reports and communicate any discrepancies to management.
• Ensure security protocols are followed during night shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with night audit processes and hotel management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage time effectively.
• Be open to working one or two more shifts a week
