A lead sales associate is a contributing team member who is responsible for making stores presentable for all events, training and leading sales associates, and creating a welcoming environment for all employees and customers. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and support a strong sales and service culture
• Prepare all storefronts and locations to be ready for all game days and events
• Resolve and de-escalate customer complaints with concern and urgency
• Present and maintain merchandise in a neat and appealing manner
• Lead others and follow all cleaning and maintenance routines
• Ensure accurate merchandise inventory records while restocking stores
• Assist preparation for physical inventory counts
• Protect inventory from internal and external theft
• Contribute to and maintain an orderly, safe work environment
• Embrace a culture of diversity and inclusion where guests and team members feel welcomed, valued, and heard
• Other duties as assigned
