Our fellows will gain hands-on experience working across two brands: ?? A Jam – A record label built on ethics and innovation, advancing the artist-label experience with a forward-thinking approach to music business, artist development, and industry intelligence. ?? Methix (in partnership with Microsoft for Startups) – A next-generation music tech company. Our app functions like a trained digital music executive for independent artists, providing them with strategic solutions for their next move and next who in the industry. This fellowship is a launchpad for future leaders in music and tech. Who Should Apply? ? Students interested in music, business, tech, AI, product design, artist relations, or marketing ?
