Job Description • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, responding to emails, direct messages, and text messages with a warm, engaging, and brand-aligned tone. • Manage customer support operations across various platforms, including Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, and Klaviyo, processing refunds, reshipments, and subscription modifications. • Maintain meticulous records of customer feedback in spreadsheets, analyzing and presenting key insights to the team for continuous product and service improvement. • Develop and maintain efficient internal systems for streamlined operations, including inbox organization, order logs, and product feedback reports. • Provide administrative support to co-founders, including scheduling meetings, conducting light research, and performing data entry tasks. • Proactively contribute innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience and foster a vibrant community atmosphere. Skill Set - Demonstrates a genuine enjoyment of enhancing customer experiences. - Exhibits exceptional organizational skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet management and system creation. - Possesses advanced proficiency in Slack, Shopify, and G Suite; familiarity with Gorgias, Recharge, Klaviyo, and Rebuy is considered advantageous. - Displays excellent written communication abilities, capable of adapting to the brand's established tone. - Operates as a self-starter with a proactive and solution-focused approach. - Maintains a high level of attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in all tasks and communications. - Comfortably manages independent work and time allocation. - Must be a Filipino Citizen.
