Customer Service Representative – Remote

Role: Customer Service Representative Reports in to: Customer Care Lead Location: Remote UKLASH is an innovative and award-winning beauty brand. It’s taken the beauty world by storm, revolutionising the lash and brow category to become the UK’s biggest and one of the world’s fastest-growing lash product brand. <strong>Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Connect with the UKLASH customers across our platforms (email, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) and provide best-in-class customer experience;</li> <li>Manage customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;</li> <li>Connect with our warehouses on a daily basis to resolve logistic-related queries;</li> <li>Become an expert on UKLASH products and be able to help convert leads into customers;</li> <li>Support the customer service lead in providing insights and sharing customer feedback with the wider UKLASH team.</li> </ul> <strong>Required skills and experience</strong> <ul> <li>Min. 1-2 years of experience in customer service in the cosmetic industry</li> <li>E-commerce / online business experience is a must</li> <li>Experience in Shopify and CRM tools like Zendesk, Gorgias</li> <li>A quick learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Detail oriented & organised with impeccable written & verbal communication skills (English)</li> <li>A strong problem solver and critical thinker who can work independently and handle several tasks at the same time</li> <li>A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
