Job Description

Role and Responsibilities • Assist in processing and verifying agent commission payments. • Ensure commission data is accurately entered and maintained in financial systems. • Reconcile commission discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve issues. • Generate reports related to commission payments and financial records. • Support accounting staff with data entry, record-keeping, and other financial tasks. • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to financial transactions. • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the Accounting Department. Qualifications and Education Requirements Education: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience). Experience: Prior experience in accounting, finance, data entry, or commission processing is a plus. Preferred Skills Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems. • Experience with accounting software or commission processing tools preferred. Soft Skills: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and within a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. Additional Notes This role will be responsible for assisting with the processing, reconciliation, and reporting of agent commissions.
