RESPONSIBILITIES: • Use needs-based conversations to be a professional advisor, ask questions, discern information and communicate complicated information in a simple manner regarding what the customers need to know to make the best decision for themselves • Relationship building through rapport and authenticity QUALIFICATIONS: • Property and Casualty license through California Department of Insurance (see CA Department of Insurance) • Abundance mindset • Communication skills- with integrity, empathy, a sense of humor and adaptability direct conversations, actively listen, follow up/through with excellence • Accept and act on feedback & coaching from teammates • Conflict and tension management with emotional stability and intelligence • Ability to self-manage (time management, situational awareness, self-motivation, emotional awareness) Apply Job!
