About the position As a Sales Representative for Enterprise Accounts at ADP, you will be responsible for growing new market share for ADP's cloud-based Human Resources solutions targeting large market prospects with 1,000 or more employees. Responsibilities Grow new market share for ADP's cloud-based Human Resources solutions to large market prospects. , Develop an annual business plan to achieve assigned revenue and product goals. , Compile 'Account Plan' documents for prospective clients, detailing existing products and potential sales strategies. , Conduct market research to identify prospective client sources and develop penetration strategies. , Collaborate with internal teams and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Requirements 5 or more years of enterprise-level sales experience. Nice-to-haves Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors.
