Claims Quality Assurance Analyst - Non Standard Insurance - Katy, TX

Leading insurer seeks an experienced Claims Quality Assurance Analyst to coordinate, plan, and perform general and focused claims file audits for to ensure processes and procedures are accurately followed. Activities: • ** Manage claims software systems and administer key data controls. • ** Identify process gaps, develop remedial action plans, and support management with execution. • ** Stay abreast of market and industry trends and identify new business opportunities and process improvements. • ** Plan and execute initial audits and follow up audits. Communicate findings and improvement suggestions to relevant stakeholders. • ** Assist vendors with billing and validation. Desired Experience: • ** Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience. • ** 3+ years of Claims Handling experience with a focus on Bodily Injury, Material Damage Handling, or similar. • ** Hands on knowledge of Acceptance Insurance policy forms and Claims best practices.
