About the position The Brow Waxing Expert at Ulta Beauty is responsible for maximizing sales of the Benefit brand by engaging with guests to understand their needs, assisting in product selection, and performing short beauty services such as eyebrow and facial waxing. This role emphasizes exceptional guest service, product knowledge, and compliance with operational standards, contributing to the overall success of the store and the brand. Responsibilities • Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals. , • Ensure exceptional service by greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service to their needs. , • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales. , • Conduct short services at the Brow Bar, including eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and tinting. , • Book appointments for initial and return services and events using the appointment system. , • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests. , • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality. , • Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests. , • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to drive sales performance. , • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and an active clientele portfolio. , • Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards. , • Maintain cleanliness and operational standards of the Brow Bar and other assigned areas. Requirements • High school diploma preferred. , • Cosmetology or esthetics license as required by state law. , • Experience in makeup application and eyebrow/facial waxing preferred. , • Proficiency with equipment needed for technical work. , • Demonstrated competency in sales, products, and service. , • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. , • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. , • Strong communication skills.
