Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of event staff in the Fort Worth/Dallas area for an Anime Convention from Dec 5- Dec 8. This event is a great opportunity for those looking to join our roster. The Fort Worth/Dallas area is an active market for us and we will have additional opportunities throughout the year! Those who are passionate about anime and pop culture are encouraged to apply! ### Job Description • This event will be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center. • The pay rate for this job is $22.50/hr. • Exact working hours are still being determined, but will likely be 10-12 hours each day. Applicants should have the flexibility and be willing to work between the hours of 7am-7pm on Dec 5, Dec 6, Dec 7 and Dec 8. • Job duties include set up/take down, cashier support, front-of-house/back-of-house stocking, product running, directional/wayfinding, greeting, line management, and other attendee-facing roles. Must be flexible to work any roles onsite. • This is a physical job that will require you to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs. • Rest (10 mins) and meal breaks (30 mins) are paid. • This client requires all applicants to pass a 50-state background check for felony and sex offender convictions before hiring. ### Ideal Candidates • Previous event or brand ambassador experience is preferred. • Must be friendly, outgoing, and professional. • Must be comfortable interacting with large groups of people over long hours. • Must be comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and walking for the duration of the shift. • A love for all things anime is a plus, but not a requirement. ### About Kinetic Events Staffing We are a nationwide staffing agency with high-profile clients around the country.
