Supply Chain Safety & Operational Excellence Intern

We are currently recruiting for the position of Supply Chain Safety & Operational Excellence Intern. The duration of this internship will be approximately 8 weeks located in our Irving, TX facility. Responsibilities: • Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections of warehouse facilities and operational processes. • Support the development and implementation of safety training programs for employees. • Participate in quality control checks, verifying that products and services meet company standards and customer expectations. • Analyze safety and quality data, identifying trends and suggesting improvements. • Help maintain up-to-date records of safety training, certifications, and incident reports. • Assist in the review of safety procedures and contribute to safety policy development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication on safety and quality matters. • Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications

Required • Must be able to report in-person to designated warehouse location 5 days / week • Rising Senior pursing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field • Strong interest in safety, quality control, and logistics operations. • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
