Our Opportunity: Oversee real estate and development strategy for new markets, which includes site selection, market planning, and relationships with developing franchisees. Responsibilities: Develop a network of commercial real estate brokers and manage site selection for new store developments. Evaluates and screens sites proposed by Developers, Real Estate Agents, Landowners and other sources. Work in conjunction with the broader Development team to develop market development plans including identification of key markets and trade areas. Work with Franchisees to package and present prospective development sites to Real Estate Committee for review and approval of new developments and relocation opportunities. Facilitates franchisees with Letters of Intent (LOI) and Lease Agreements for new restaurants, and replacement opportunities in conjunction with the Legal Team Presentations to the Head of Development and TH US Leadership Team of sites meeting economic feasibility. Ability to build strong working relationships with other critical departments outside development including Franchisees, Design, Construction, Operations, and Finance.
