ABOUT THE JOB: As a Call Center Representative/Dispatcher for Air Dynamics, your responsibilities are to convert in-bound and out-bound calls into service appointments to ensure customer capturet. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, enjoys social interactions with customers (phone based), and has a personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
