The Case Construction Business Manager is strategically engaged with the key assigned CASE Construction Independent dealers to improve CASE Construction sales volume/margin. Our team is seeking an influential and persuasive individual who has strong financial acumen and customer relations experience. This individual will be located, and traveling to dealerships in Texas and Oklahoma. Lead and ensure accountability with indirect team members to achieve consolidated goals Purposeful interaction to build & cultivate relationship with dealers, customers (internal/external) Build & drive sales strategy for assigned dealers Execute dealer business planning Deploy resources to meet dealer/customer needs Other duties as assigned Bachelors Degree with at least six (6) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales OR Associates Degree with at least nine (9) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales OR HS Diploma with at least twelve (12) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales CNH Industrial offers a wide variety of benefits that not only encourages wellness and preventive care, but we also provide the right tools and programs to help you achieve it. The annual salary for this role is $92,000 - $142,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
