Fast growing corporate office seeking accounts payable representative. Great career opportunity for experienced accounts payable professional that has done; reconciliations, invoices, payabes, vendor management, advanced in excel and technology savvy. If you qualify please apply! salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities ? Scanning invoices into our automated Accounts Payable system ? Keying vendor coding and invoice detail into system ? Reviewing and reconciling vendor and invoice detail ? Reconciling vendor statements ? Processing and disbursement of payments ? Working with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies ? Working closely with the vendor maintenance team and operations managers to get new vendors set up The essential functions of this role include: ? working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week Skills ? Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required) ? Microsoft Excel (2 years of experience is required) ? Invoices (2 years of experience is required) ? Reconciliation (2 years of experience is required) ? Vendor Management (2 years of experience is required) ?
