Airport Greeter (Part Time) - JFK International Airport

Are you personable, and like helping others? Do you have a passion for service and the emotional resilience to handle pressure, we would like to speak with you? This is an assignment for approximately 2 to 3 hours per day with assignment start time based on flight's arrival with intervals beginning between 0800am and 0830am; 1:30pm and 2:15pm; and 6:45pm and 7:30pm for up to 4 days per week. You will be greeting, and providing assistance to premium cabin passengers arriving on an international flight, and connecting them to their respective chauffeur. Ideal for someone currently employed at the airport and needs an extra income and interested in supporting a service that helps to elevate the traveler experience at your airport. Responsibilities: ? Greet and assist arriving passengers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere ? Ensure compliance with established process and procedures while managing logistics and passenger flow. ? Utilize administrative skills to maintain records and assist with matching guests to their pre-assigned chauffeur. ? Ability to work without immediate supervision ? Emotional resilience, able to handle pressure and meet timelines ? Superior problem-solving capabilities ? Must take ownership and be accountable for results ? Warm and willing to assist ? Must exhibit a ?Passion for Service? ? Must display a diplomatic demeanor ? Professional, courteous in manner and dress (business attire) ? Prior Experience in Aviation a plus Additional skills desirable at hiring: ? Familiarity with email technology and web applications Required: ? High School Diploma or Associates degree ? At least two years of hospitality and general administration experience ? Excellent language skills ?
