About the position Star Nursing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager for our rapidly growing Healthcare Staffing Agency. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who have ever wanted to open a Healthcare Staffing Agency under the Star Nursing umbrella. As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in our expansion efforts across multiple states. We are looking for motivated, proactive, and outgoing individuals who can attract new business and close deals effectively. Your responsibilities will include working closely with senior management to determine recruitment needs and staffing objectives, as well as creating and implementing recruiting plans and client retention strategies. In this role, you will oversee branch operations, which encompass applicant flow, credentialing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ensuring overall quality service. You will need to articulate sound business decisions in response to the ever-changing demands of the staffing/service industry. Your ability to recruit healthcare professionals through innovative methods, including advertising, social media, and networking, will be essential. You will also supervise and provide direction to branch external staff, ensuring that customer service, organizational skills, and human relations are prioritized. As a Branch Manager, you will locate healthcare professionals through various sources, including the Internet, referrals, direct mail, and job fairs. You will facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening candidates, and present qualified candidates to clients. Your role will also involve managing healthcare professionals and placing them in medical facilities, consulting with clients to provide appropriate staffing solutions, and maintaining direct communication with candidates, clients, and team members throughout the recruiting process. Strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment are critical for success in this position. Responsibilities ? Work with senior management to determine recruitment needs and staffing objectives. , ? Creation & implementation of recruiting plans and client retention. , ? Branch operations which include applicant flow, credentialing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and overall quality service. , ? Ability to articulate sound business decisions regarding the ever changing demands within a staffing/service industry. , ? Recruit for key positions through advertising, social media, interviews and sourcing. , ? Generate leads through marketing and networking. , ? Ability to recruit healthcare professionals 'thinking outside the box'. , ? Supervise and provide direction to branch external staff. , ? Possesses capable, efficient customer service, organizational and human relations skills, along with the ability to create a sense of urgency to help expedite results. , ? Locate Healthcare professionals through various sources, including the Internet, referrals, direct mail and job fairs, placing open positions, being able to think outside of the box and is able to bring unique talent to our team. , ? Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening candidates. , ? Demonstrate the ability to guide a candidate through Star Nursing's hiring process. , ? Present qualified candidates to client. , ? Manage healthcare professionals and place them to medical facilities. , ? Consult with client to provide appropriate staffing solutions. , ? Assist Accounts Manager in prospecting new business. , ? Maintain direct communication with candidates, clients, and team members during the recruiting process. , ? Dedicated self-starter /Ability to meet deadlines. , ? Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. , ? Organized with attention to detail /Time management. , ? Strong Leadership skills. , ? Exceptional Customer service. , ? Experiences working with a Healthcare Staffing Agency an advantage. Requirements ? Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or healthcare related field. , ? Minimum 5 years' healthcare experience to include a minimum of 3 years experience in a Healthcare Staffing Manager/Director role. , ? Knowledge of the medical/hospital/nursing profession a plus. , ? Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task. , ? Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills. , ? Proven track record in sales planning & execution, development & implementation of recruiting plans. Nice-to-haves ? Experience working with a Healthcare Staffing Agency.
