Christian Non-Profit Executive Director
About the position The Executive Director of CrossNet Ministries is responsible for leading and managing a dynamic non-profit organization that serves the ELANCO community through various programs. This role involves inspiring a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, building relationships with community partners, and implementing strategic plans to achieve the organization's mission. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the effective operation and growth of the ministry, while fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity rooted in Christian values. Responsibilities ? Manage and inspire a team of staff and volunteers, providing support and resources for success. , ? Build strong relationships with community partners, donors, and individuals served by the ministry. , ? Develop and implement a strategic plan based on the vision and goals set by the Board of Directors. , ? Track progress towards ministry goals and make necessary adjustments or recommendations. , ? Develop and monitor the annual ministry budget. , ? Attend program events 1-2 evenings per week and 1 Saturday and Sunday per month. Requirements ? 3-5 years of experience in organizational leadership or business management role. , ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, ministry, social work, human services, organizational leadership, or a related field preferred. , ? Experience in a leadership role in pastoral ministry, social services, youth ministry, school administration, or senior services. Nice-to-haves ? Experience in strategic planning and financial/budget management. , ? Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships within the ministry and with partner organizations. , ?
