In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers and handling returns and exchanges efficiently. We are looking for someone with a passion for helping others and a strong attention to detail. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner. Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies and procedures. Maintain a thorough understanding of IKEA products, promotions, and services to effectively assist customers. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all return and exchange transactions. Process refunds and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Keep track of customer interactions and escalate any complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department. Actively seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and report any recurring issues to management. Maintain a clean and organized work area to create a welcoming environment for customers. Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Adhere to company safety and security protocols to protect customers, employees, and company assets. Attend training and meetings as required to stay current on company updates and policies.
