Job Description

AdviNOW is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Intern to support our engineering and product teams. This role focuses on generating actionable insights from data related to our medical onboarding platform, including patient engagement, registration process analytics, and error tracking. You will play a critical role in helping our clients understand patient behaviors and improve the efficiency of our platform. What You?ll Do: ? Develop and maintain reports on patient engagement and registration processes. ? Analyze data to identify trends, drop-off points, and opportunities for improving the patient registration flow. ? Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights clearly and effectively. ? Collaborate with engineering and product teams to track and analyze any errors encountered by patients on the platform. ? Assist in identifying root causes of issues and recommending solutions to enhance the patient experience. ? Provide insights and analytics to support business decisions and improve client outcomes. This Internship Requires: ? Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. ? Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel. ? Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. ? Ability to work regularly from our Scottsdale, AZ office.
