About the position The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization. This position focuses on data analysis, reporting, and enhancing business intelligence capabilities, particularly in the retail and marketing sectors. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills to identify trends and insights, develop interactive reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions. Responsibilities ? Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. , ? Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. , ? Utilize SQL and Azure to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources. , ? Support data integrity and quality assurance processes. , ? Apply Python and Excel expertise for data analysis and light data science tasks, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling. , ? Use SQL-lite for database management and querying. , ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions. , ? Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. , ? Assist in the development of documentation and training materials for end-users. Requirements ? Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. , ? Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI. , ? Strong skills in Python and Excel for data manipulation and analysis. , ? Experience with SQL and Azure for data querying and management. , ? Experience with Jupyter notebooks. , ? Familiarity with retail, marketing, and customer analysis concepts. , ? Basic knowledge of R or other data science tools is a plus. , ? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. , ?
