About the position The Sales Associate position at Paramount Advertising is an entry-level role designed for recent college graduates passionate about media, entertainment, and advertising. This full-time position will support key Ad Sales groups and provide exposure to both Linear and Digital advertising. The role involves collaboration with various internal teams and clients to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns, while also offering opportunities for career advancement within the company. Responsibilities ? Collaborate with Sales, Traffic, and Pricing & Inventory partners to support flawless execution of advertising campaigns , ? Facilitate client order entry and management, ensuring client delivery and satisfaction , ? Coordinate with Ad. Ops teams to carry out advertisers' creative assets/tags and brand safety guidelines , ? Monitor/track and regularly report on campaign impressions, making adjustments as needed , ? Generate reports to troubleshoot/resolve discrepancies or campaign/creative issues , ? Work directly with Billing/Finance partners to clear discrepancies and ensure proper revenue recognition , ? Provide ongoing reporting to Digital/Convergent Sales teams Requirements ? Associate or bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2023 - January 2025 , ? Must possess unrestricted US work authorization , ? 0-2 years of post-graduation professional experience , ? Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills , ? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint , ? Attention to detail, work ethic, and excellent judgment , ?
