Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. ? Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations (SEC, FINRA, DOL) and employment laws. ? Lead HR policy updates and process improvements to align with industry best practices. ? Oversee employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution. ? Support talent management strategies, including leadership development and succession planning. ? Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements. ? Assist with organizational change management and workforce restructuring efforts. ? Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies. ? Manage HR data and reporting to drive decision-making and compliance tracking. Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in financial services. ? Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. ? Skills: Deep knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and financial industry HR practices. ? Preferred: HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) and experience in SEC- or FINRA-regulated environments. ?
