PayPal is looking for an experienced and innovative Vice President of Payments Platform to lead our payments platform and ensure the highest quality services for our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for payments and a track record of success in leading and executing payment projects across the globe.We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is an expert leader in the payments field, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and drive results. The successful candidate must also have a demonstrated ability to build and manage teams, as well as possess a strong customer service mindset.The Vice President of Payment Platforms must possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the payments industry, with a strong knowledge base in payment processing and transaction systems. A Bachelor?s degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. This individual must also have a proven track record in leading and managing cross-functional teams as well as working with external partners.We are seeking an individual who has a deep understanding of the payments industry, is passionate about innovating solutions, and has a strong customer-centric approach. Strategically drive results while managing cross-functional teams. Maintain a customer-centric approach to delivering tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with payment industry regulations. Monitor and analyze payment trends to develop strategies for improvement. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis of payments projects. Train and mentor team members in payment processing and transaction systems.
