Job Description
Specializing in high-precision cleaning, thermal spray, and thin-film coatings, this role involves operating cleaning, blasting, and etching tools within a cleanroom environment to refurbish parts for the semiconductor industry. Candidates will utilize both chemical and manual cleaning methods and may work with chemicals, for which proper PPE is provided. Responsibilities ? Operate cleaning, blasting, and etching tools to refurbish semiconductor parts. ? Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods. ? Perform tasks such as receiving, processing, wiping, scrubbing, masking, chemical processing, machine operating, etching, blasting, coating, drying, baking, and other processes. Essential Skills ? 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes. ? Experience with chemicals. ? Experience working in a cleanroom environment. ? 6+ months of team lead experience. ? High school diploma or GED. Additional Skills & Qualifications ? Experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies is desired. ? Media blast experience is highly preferred. ? Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts. ? Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. Why Work Here? Work Environment
This position is in an air-conditioned cleanroom environment. Employees must be comfortable wearing booties, smocks, hairnets, beard nets, rubber gloves, and a face mask. The work hours are from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
