Provide part-time therapy services (8-24 hours per week) with a focus on client interaction, utilizing evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI. ?? Enhance your practice by integrating technology to deliver data-informed care and tailoring therapeutic strategies according to client progress. ?? Collaborate with other mental health professionals and make appropriate referrals when necessary. Required Skills ?? Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities. ?? Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with colleagues. ?? Ability to leverage technology in delivering mental health services. Qualifications ?? Must hold a valid license in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or as a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). ?? Minimum of two years of clinical experience working with adult clients (18+). ?? Demonstrated experience in teletherapy and knowledge of HIPAA compliance and documentation standards. ?? Commitment to upholding professional ethics and practices.

Compensation
And Benefits ?? Employment classification as W2 with a competitive hourly rate of $70/hr. ?? Manageable caseload of 7-20 clients weekly, with evening hours (4 pm - 9 pm, Monday through Friday) and weekends free. ??
