Recruiter I (Contingent)

Key Responsibilities
- Recruiters will be100% front end sourcing, no client engagement.
- Posting job vacancies and promoting roles on various social media platforms.
- Conducting initial resume reviews and providing feedback to candidates.
- Generating reports and documenting interview outcomes.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively.
- Capturing market data and insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing passive talent and selling open positions to them.
- Developing job postings that accurately represent the roles and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Mostly focused on data center sourcing (engineers, HVAC, facilities & operations).
- Must be very strong/comfortable making calls, not emailing.
- Expected to have phone contact with 3-5 candidates per day to prep for a minimum of 15 screened applicants per week.
- Available to attend daily sourcing sessions (6-7 sessions per week)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with ATS
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruiting field.
Skills
- Strong understanding of candidate profiles and success profiles.
- Experience with pipeline reporting.
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience with reporting metrics.
- Ability to turn around candidate feedback in a timely manner.
