The Responsibilities:As part of our Culinary Operations team, you?ll be responsible for these key duties and tasks: Produce and prepare Banato?s products according to Banato recipes and standards. Follow Food Safety & Sanitation Guidelines ? Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace for high quality products Inventory and product care ? Verify and maintain inventory for the Banato team. Assist with Stock rotation and inventory management Collaboration & Strategizing ? Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members to ensure efficiency Networking and Strategizing ? Join strategy calls to be a part of the decisions involved in a business and build connections with the Banato team and network with fellow small businesses Kitchen Operations ?
