Job Overview:

Swanton Video Media, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our clients through online chat platforms, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in real-time via chat to provide assistance and support- Answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product/service information- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and efficient service- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
