Job Overview We are seeking a Risk Consulting Director to lead business development efforts. This role involves building relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and expanding our market presence in EHS consulting services. Key Responsibilities ? Develop and maintain professional relationships with key personnel and buyers of EHS consulting services. ? Meet sales objectives by analyzing client needs, gathering data, and proposing tailored solutions. ? Utilize CRM tools to track sales metrics and implement targeted strategies. ? Coordinate activities to enhance our visibility and capabilities across local, regional, national, and international markets. Additional DutiesAccount Management & Strategic Growth ? Achieve targets for account retention and revenue expansion. ? Maintain positive client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels. ? Proactively assess and validate client needs. ? Lead client stewardship meetings. ? Manage projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion, including planning, stakeholder engagement, communication, and invoicing. Qualifications ? Four-year degree from an accredited institution, preferably in science or engineering. ? Minimum five years of experience in the EHS field, consulting experience preferred. ? Experience in sales, especially within EHS consulting, is a plus. ? Strong client interaction and marketing skills. ? Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. ? Excellent presentation, research, and analytical skills. ? Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Additional Information Sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. The salary range is $114,900 to $154,700, with potential participation in an incentive program.
