We are looking for Medical Transcriptionists who are ready to transcribe live patient calls and take dictations from their client. Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift PHT, Full time, Remote work for those outside Cebu province only with Solid Experience as a Medical Transcriptionist before. Responsibilities: ? Transcribe live patient calls and take dictations from client specifically in Dermatology ? Convert audio file and download to express scribe ? Transcribe within 24 hours all the files received during the day ? Ensure 98% to 100% accuracy in the transcription of the audio file sent by the client ? Proofread all transcriptions prior to entering the data in visit note to avoid errors ? Enter data in EMR Visit Note once proofreading is completed ? Notify the client after the completion of entering data in IMS Visit Note ? Complete all dictations for the day from the client ? Perform additional tasks that are dependent on the client's requests ? Complete note during encounter incorporating essential elements as dictated by provider ? Complete prescriptions dictated by provider and send them electronically ? Candidates shall have dermatology and medical terminology experience ? Enter data in EMR once proofreading is completed ? Notify the client after the completing of EMR data entry ????Requirements: ? Must be a Medical Allied Graduate ? At least 1 year experience in Dermatology Transcription ? Good attention to detail ? Typing speed of 55 WPM with 95% accuracy in transcription ? Good listening, comprehension, and research skills ? Good English grammar and pronunciation both oral and written ? Knowledgeable in medical terminologies ? Ability to focus and concentrate with little distraction ? Trainings and certifications will be provided ? Physically fit to work in a BPO setting Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP): ? Monthly salary of maximum 28,000 for Less Experienced Candidates ?
