- ETL Experience / MEC Pre-processor building
- Experience working with customer IT teams for setting up data transfers API Calls / SFTP transfers
- Any experience in working with Audio / Speech / Speech to text (in or outside of Medallia)
- Implementations Experiencing (not just servicing) if they have Medallia Experience
- Some Customer Facing Experience
Must to have Good experience with client communication & coordination EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- BE (Comp/IT), MCA, MSc IT, B Tech (Comp. /IT)
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university;
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Ability to effectively present information to customers, top management, Team Leaders, and/or boards of directors. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,133.00 - ₹95,019.00 per month Benefits:
