Entry Level Mental Health Professional (DSP) - Weekends Part-Time

Optimae LifeServices, Inc. is hiring part-time Entry Level Mental Health Professionals (Direct Support Professionals) to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays 8AM-4PM) in Redfield, IA. Applicants should be caring, creative, and passionate about working with people experiencing Mental Illness, Intellectual, and/or Developmental Disabilities. Site differential pay for this location! Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed driver with a dependable vehicle and automobile insurance.
- Background check required which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse and driving record check.
Duties:
- Support our customer's in their social and learning environments.
- Assisting with activities of daily living.
- Supporting our customers to achieve their personal goals.
- We are looking for self-directed individuals with characteristics of compassion, patience, and problem solving skills.
