Warehouse Associate (Night Shift)

We’re looking to hire a motivated Warehouse Associate in Atlanta, Georgia, who is excited to help us in our mission to be Customer Obsessed. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for:

• The receiving and sorting of parcels;
• Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating;
• Move, pick, and scan items in a safe manner;
• Maintain GoBolt property (i.e. tools, materials, machinery);
• Use of tools including but not limited to scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies;
• Daily submission and completion of all required documentation in an accurate fashion;
• Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively;
• Troubleshoot problems;
• Ensure product meets quality requirements;
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For: To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals who align with our core values and

• Is fluent in speaking, reading and writing English;
• Is tech savvy and has navigated inventory management systems previously;
• Is able to lift 50+ lbs on a continuous basis;
• Has an exceptional ability to work as part of a team, and individually;
• Is detail oriented;
• Has a High School Diploma or equivalent;
• Is able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts;
• Is able to adhere to strict safety, quality, security, fulfillment production standards, and general company policies;
• Thrives in a fast paced, exciting environment;
• Is authorized to work in the US.

Role Details

• Hourly Rate: $18 per hour
• You are required to bring your own steel toe safety shoes on day one.
