Company : Allegheny Health NetworkJob Description : GENERAL OVERVIEW: Acts as a liaison between the client and the laboratory providing patient information and resolution of patient care issues. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Reports laboratory results to clients using multiple technologies. (50%) ? Investigates client concerns and notifies appropriate personnel of resolution. (35%) ? Participates in programs to keep updated with current and changing technologies. (5%) ? Disseminates information to callers regarding lab operations. (5%) ? May also assist in specimen processing. (5%) ? Performs all other duties as assigned or required. QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred ?
