Out client is a well-established provider of medical and dental parts, seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become a key member of their team in Simi Valley. If you have strong phone skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify parts from thier catalog, we want to hear from you! Location: Simi Valley, CA 93065 Hours: Full-Time, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-min lunch) Pay Range: $18–$28/hr (based on experience) Join a Trusted Name in Medical & Dental Equipment What You’ll Do:

  • Answer incoming customer calls

and assist with product inquiries

  • Take phone orders and accurately

enter them into our system

  • Help customers identify correct

parts using our catalog

  • Perform general administrative

tasks as needed

  • Occasionally support other

departments as part of a flexible team What You Bring:

  • Excellent phone and communication

skills

  • Strong organizational skills and

a customer-first attitude

  • Ability to learn and navigate our

product catalog confidently

  • Basic computer proficiency

(Microsoft Office experience is a plus)

  • ERP/business software familiarity

is a bonus

  • Previous exposure to technical,
