- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.

Experience
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing,
- Strong ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation and relationship-building with clients.
- A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving targets.
