We’re looking for a Marketing and Guest Experience Coordinator to be a key part of this journey, blending creative energy, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to drive success across marketing, guest communication, and executive support. Your Role and Impact This multifaceted role spans three key areas: 1. Marketing & Brand Development (40%) You’ll lead our digital presence, fostering meaningful connections with our audience and ensuring our brand shines across platforms. What You’ll Do:

  • Instagram Community Management (8-10 hrs/week):
  • Daily engagement with industry accounts (20-30 interactions).
  • Respond to all comments during business hours and craft personalized messages.
  • Measure success with a 20% monthly growth in interactions and 100+ authentic weekly engagements.
  • Digital Presence Management (2-3 hrs/week):
  • Maintain profiles on Google Business, Yelp, and Apple Maps.
  • Ensure content is current and information is 100% accurate.
  • Blog Content Management (4-5 hrs/week):
  • Create 2-4 monthly blog posts highlighting industry insights, local market trends, and property management tips.

2. Guest Support & Communication (30%) You’ll ensure an exceptional guest experience by serving as the vital link between our properties and visitors. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage approximately 35 daily guest messages across 20 properties.
  • Provide real-time support during:
  • One weekday (full-day coverage).
  • Three evening shifts (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST).
  • Achieve a 15-minute maximum response time and maintain a 95% satisfaction rate.

3. Property Administration & Executive Support (30%) You’ll play a critical role in supporting operations and leadership. What You’ll Do:

  • Executive Support:
  • Assist the CEO with administrative tasks, manage confidential information, and organize digital files.
  • Handle time-sensitive requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Property Administration:
  • Aid in onboarding new properties and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

What We’re Looking For Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools.
