Customer Service Representative (Remote)

The Smart Fix Handyman is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice that helps our clients get the home services they need—without the hassle. This is a remote position. What You’ll Be Doing: -Answering client calls and providing outstanding customer support -Selling our services to the best of your ability -Scheduling virtual assessments and booking jobs efficiently -Handling clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly -Using ServiceTitan to manage scheduling and client info -Communicating clearly and professionally with both customers and our team What You Need to Succeed: -Reliable phone & internet (this is a must!) -Great conversation skills and the ability to create a client from a lead -Experience with ServiceTitan highly preferred or similar scheduling software -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Ability to multitask while keeping a positive, can-do attitude -Prior customer service experience is a plus! -If you know Home Service/Construction lingo, that's also a HUGE plus!
