Job Summary: As a Back of Catering Cook at Chick-fil-A, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food and service. Youll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting meals to Chick-fil-A standards. • Safely and efficiently prepare, cook, and assemble a variety of food items
• Master the art of working in different kitchen stations, including prepping, breading, frying, assembling dishes, and managing the workflow
• Keep the kitchen tidy and well-maintained continually
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish supplies and ingredients as required
• Stick to Chick-fil-A's directives on maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
• Keep up to date and follow the new menu introductions and training methods
• Speedily report equipment issues to those in charge
• Carry out the specified responsibilities for starting or ending daily operations
• Follow all the regulations, standards, and protocols concerning behavior, appearance, and company requirements
• Perform supplementary tasks as delegated

Qualifications and Experience:

• Consistent performance, reliability, and punctuality are indispensable

• Competent in building relationships and articulating thoughts proficiently
• Expert in handling various tasks simultaneously and staying well-organized in a high-tempo environment
• Adept at performing tasks independently or as a cohesive team member
• Fluid availability for a diverse array of work hours
• - Being able to lift 45 to 50 pounds routinely is a key aspect of the position
• Having the capacity to remain standing for long durations
• Regardless of experience, the correct candidate will be trained accordingly

Salary:

• The pay rate per hour is flexible, with a range of $17.00–$18.00, taking into account the candidate's experience and availability
