We're currently contracting Remote Online Notaries (RON) who are already credentialed in New Jersey, New York, or Florida. This is a contractor position. We do not provide assistance with RON credentialing. Applicants must already be commissioned notaries and RON-approved in their respective states. What You’ll Do
- Perform remote notarizations using NotaryLive’s secure, state-approved platform
- Conduct live video sessions to confirm identity and notarize documents
- Ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and privacy
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with every client interaction
- Identify technical issues and provide feedback to improve the platform

Requirements
- Must reside in NJ, NY, or FL
- Must be a commissioned Notary Public with Remote Online Notary (RON) certification in your state
