Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Virtual Medical Assistant (Lead) to join our team and oversee the Medical Assistant department. As the Virtual MA Lead, you will be responsible for providing virtual clinical support to MA’s also supervising the day-to-day operations of the MA team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a proactive and experienced MA who thrives in a dynamic, virtual environment. - Supervise and support a team of remote medical assistants
- Ensure proper workflow, coverage, and task delegation among the Medical Assistant team
- Conduct onboarding and training for new Medical Assistants
- Provide virtual clinical support including: intake, documentation, appointment scheduling, follow-up coordination, and patient communication
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with leadership and providers to ensure exceptional patient care
- (Weekends maybe required)
Qualifications:
- Must reside in the United States (required)
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Previous experience working in a remote or telehealth setting is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using EHRs and digital communication tools
- Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule

Salary: $39,000-$43,000 Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $19.00 - $21.00/hour.
