Job title: Guest Experience Ambassador - Soldier Field in Chicago, IL at ASM Global Company: ASM Global Job description: POSITION: Guest Experience AmbassadorREPORTS TO: Guest Experience ManagerFLSA STATUS: Part-Time/Non-ExemptSummaryOur Guest Experience Ambassador(s) will be responsible for creating a friendly, welcoming environment while consistently providing exceptional services to all guests while supporting Chicago Bears, Chicago Fire FC, concerts, and other responsibilities that will enhance the guest experienceEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcomeGather and maintain the requisite equipment for each eventFamiliarize yourself with the layout and history of Soldier FieldHelp guests by providing general information about Soldier Field, transportation, ADA, concessions, restrooms, seating areas, and moreMaintain a positive, friendly demeanor at all timesInform guests with Soldier Field etiquette, policies, and procedures only during major eventsAssist with guests needs and questions during high level of visitation timesMaintain knowledge about Soldier Field programs and events to better serve the guestsRelay information when needed to supervisor throughout eventsUtilize briefing reports to endure proper communication with guests and supervisorObserve guests and anticipate guest needs during eventsAssist directing guests, answering questions, and relaying messages to supervisor when you do not know how to best assist the guestComplete other projects and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisorQualificationsMust be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and eveningsMust be comfortable in large crowds – noise levels in the work environment are frequently loudMust be able to work both indoors and outdoors; may be exposed to all weather conditions, including extreme cold and heatSkills and AbilitiesExceptional customer service and communication skillsStrong ability to collaborate with other stadium teams throughout the venueAbility to memorize the layout of Soldier Field (seating sections, restrooms, gates.
