We are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us enhance our marketing efforts, particularly in SMS & Email marketing and online reputation management.Job Description: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth. Your primary focus will be on SMS marketing campaigns and managing our online reputation. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure our brand message is consistent and impactful.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SMS & Email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation across various platforms.
- Create and curate content for social media and other digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Proven experience in SMS & Email marketing and online reputation management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
