If you have a strong background in Sales & Service Cloud, workflow automation, and telephony integrations, this could be the perfect fit for you!Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and optimize Sales & Service Cloud to support business needs.
  • Configure workflow automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers (preferred).
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Integrate Dialpad or other telephony solutions with Salesforce (required).
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance B2B sales processes within the healthcare industry (experience required).
