We suggest opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation and are customer advocates supporting internal/extern partner calls as well as manage the life cycle of the order from receipt to delivery to customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Two or more years of sales support, customer service or related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.
