The Portfolio Optimization Manager works amongst global portfolio, areas, customers, BSC/ESC, insights, design & package engineering to drive holistic margin management and accelerated portfolio growth.As a Portfolio Optimization Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Relentlessly focusing on holistic margin management and accelerated portfolio growth including:
- Manage the consumer value equation, informing all cross-functional partners what consumers and customers value/don’t value, and how that shapes product/portfolio priorities; Identify opportunities to reduce waste and reinvest resources back into the business for growth
- Lead quality improvement, product/packaging design cost out, sustainability improvements, sku efficiencies and optimization
- Execute constant review of portfolio for optimization and consistency
- Partner with BSC to influence activities pertaining to manufacturing and source of supply optimization
- Approving area/account-specific NPIs, modifications and line extensions
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Ten (10) years of consumer/retail portfolio management, marketing, sourcing, process improvement (MBB/BB), finance/analytical experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Master's degree in business administration from an accredited institution
- Proven ability to lead large cross functional teams with agility to execute optimization programs
- Strong interpersonal skills, experienced leader who can influence and collaborate with multiple functions to execute tasks with agility
- International knowledge/experience
- Key account or prior sales experience
