What You'll Do:

• Craft and execute a go-to-market strategy for your territory, experimenting and pivoting as needed to overcome challenges.
• Engage with trust & safety professionals to secure new business in your target verticals.
• Leverage your creativity to generate a robust pipeline and connect with customers where they are.
• Manage inbound leads from demand generation and channel partners, driving them to successful closes.
• Consistently achieve revenue targets using modern sales techniques and processes.
• Innovate and refine our approach to penetrating new vertical markets.
• Contribute directly to Checkr's growth and success as a key member of the Checkr Trust team.

What You Bring:

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A proven track record of exceeding targets, especially in startup settings.
• Experience with first-to-market solutions and closing six-to-seven figure deals.
• A willingness to tackle hard challenges.
• A love for pipeline generation.
• A growth mindset, always eager to learn, adapt, and seek feedback.
• Strong communication skills and a reputation for grit and resilience.
